Summer Impact Fellow
Our summer Impact Fellow role is built for aspiring leaders looking to connect the dots to drive impact in overall health through oral health. A bachelor degree and an interest in healthcare is required, a healthcare background is not.
Projects conducted by Impact Fellows include development of best practice reports on validation studies conducted during the SMILE Health Accelerator, analysis of SMILE Health cohort companies evolution during the SMILE program, design and tracking of impact metrics for SMILE Health participants.

Clinician In Residence
Our Clinician in Residence role is designed for clinically minded professionals with advanced degrees (nurses, hygienists, medical directors, dentists, doctors). The program provides exposure to the business of healthcare and an opportunity for participants to apply their knowledge in integrating medical and dental teams to solve real-world problems.
Projects conducted in the Clinician in Residence role include white papers on the integration of oral health into the long-term care setting and the development of recommendations for oral needs questions in intake assessment forms for geriatric patients.
The Clinician in Residence role is a part-time, stipend opportunity with 5-10 hours per week for 13 weeks.
