Michelle Gross-Panico is a project manager for CareQuest Innovation Partners. Her work focuses on improving access to dental care, promoting minimally invasive care, and integrating medical and dental services. At CareQuest Innovation Partners, she works with teams that are transforming dentistry through innovative opportunities.
In her previous roles, Michelle has eight years of project management experience taking new concepts and strategies from planning to implementation within hospital systems, managed care health plans, clinical dental practices, and dental education. She has been a member of the American and Arizona Dental Hygienists’ Associations since 2000, in which Michelle has been an active contributor to state advocacy and legislation for oral health in Arizona. For her work, she received the Outstanding Achievement award from the Arizona Dental Hygienists’ Association in October 2017 and the 2017 Most Innovative Oral Health Best Practice from the Institute for Medicaid Innovation.
Michelle completed a doctor of health sciences degree (DHSc) with an emphasis in global health and earned certification as a project management professional (PMP). She is enthusiastic to continue contributing to the advancement of innovative solutions in dentistry that increase access to oral health services for all.
