Katie D’Amico is CareQuest Innovation Partners’ Vice President of Growth & Innovation. In her role, she is committed to catalyzing oral health innovation and integration across the health ecosystem through impact investing, Board advisory, accelerator programs, validation studies, and strategic partnerships.

 

Formerly a leader of Deloitte Consulting’s healthcare practice, Katie has over a decade of experience partnering with large health plans, health systems, hospitals, and emerging health players (including retail, consumer products, technology, and startup companies) to design, pilot, and scale platform-based businesses and transformative solutions, including new digital and home health offerings, multi-modal health hubs, and data businesses – accelerated by ecosystem partnerships and driving long-term value for communities.

 

Katie has a proven track record of delivering complex strategies for Fortune 100 companies. She brings a global perspective and network from her experience in Israel, Australia, India, and Korea, building operations, partnerships, and AI & data capabilities. She is a frequent author and speaker on the future of health, oral health innovation, global ecosystems, and women+’s health.

 

Katie holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana. She lives in Chicago with her family and is deeply involved in the community, including engagement with local incubators, universities, and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) for over 20 years.
